Our software solution takes different data sources to generate “Virtual Customers” that have a realistic buying behavior. For this, we use advanced statistical methods, artificial intelligence, and behavioral economics. With secured funding from reputable investors, buynomics now aims at the successful establishment in different markets.

buynomics was founded by Ingo, Sebastian, and Emilio. Ingo and Sebastian previously worked for many years as management consultants, and Emilio already was a founder & CEO of a successful AI start-up.

Your tasks

As a customer success manager, you will be responsible for the ongoing partnership with a portfolio of clients. You will gain deep insights into the client’s business model and your work will be focused on further developing the client’s business with the buynomics solution. This includes communication with clients, the preparation and evaluation of client’s data, assistance in the development of pricing strategies, as well as the continuous support with our software, leading to the long-term adoption of the buynomics solution. Your work will be in close contact with the whole management team and you will be actively involved in all our internal processes. This provides you with the opportunity to have a direct impact in a fast-growing startup and gain a unique and valuable set of skills.

Your Profile


▪ Study in the field of economics, business or a related area
▪ Fluent in English (German is helpful)
▪ Good knowledge of Excel (Access, SQL or Python are a plus)
▪ Strong analytic capabilities and experience in data evaluation
▪ Pronounced communication skills and passion for client interaction
▪ Team player with a high level of personal initiative
