In our first webinar on pricing rituals, we took a closer look at price elasticity measurement. We showed how performing regression analyses to determine the price elasticity of a product often resembles more of a ritual to make pricing managers feel comfortable about a price increase rather than inform them about the underlying market dynamics.

In this webinar, we want to take a closer look at the common practice of building price architectures. We show how these often mainly serve to encourage price increases, but do not outperform a flat price increase of the same magnitude (without implementing an architecture).
