Agenda

Wed, October 8, 2025

13:30 - 14:00 | Welcome Drinks & Networking

14:00 - 14:30 | The Future of Revenue Growth Management

Explore the evolving role of revenue growth management by diving into how leading organizations are unlocking value in a shifting and uncertain market with more agile, data-driven strategies.

By Ingo Reinhardt, Co-Founder & MD at Buynomics

14:30 - 15:15 | Keynote: Driving a Global RGM Mindset with Danone

As organizations scale and diversify, achieving consistent, repeatable Revenue Growth Management (RGM) becomes both challenging and necessary. This session will focus on how to build a globally aligned RGM approach that enables agility, precision, and long-term growth.

At this session Ilia Keshishev, Global RGM Lead at Danone, will cover:

  • The importance of a unified RGM mindset across markets
  • How to establish a common language and framework for RGM
  • Strategies to align tools, processes, and KPIs globally
  • Real-world examples of cross-market RGM collaboration
  • Key enablers for embedding RGM into the global commercial culture

15:15 - 15:45 | Coffee Break & Networking

15:45 - 16:15 | AI in RGM: Separating Hype from Effective Decision-Making

AI is everywhere, but not all approaches deliver value in Revenue Growth Management. Many pricing, promotion, and portfolio decisions are too complex for content-generation tools or narrow predictive models. This Buynomics session will compare generative, predictive, and agent-based approaches and explain why simulation-based models are better suited to the realities of RGM decision-making.

16:15 - 16:45 | Panel Discussion: Navigating Uncertain Times

Panelists:

  • Tino de Oliveira, Head of NRM at The Compleat Food Group
  • Tim Beckett, Revenue Growth Director at L'Oréal Consumer Products Division UK&IE
  • Claire Brosnan, Head of Category and Commercial Strategy at Brown-Forman
